5. Jessie's Owner Emily Is Andy's Mother - Toy Story 2

The Theory: Jessie's previous young owner Emily is in fact Andy's mother. Why It Might Be True:The Huffington Post came up with a ton of convincing proof: Andy wears a red hat with white lace which is extremely similar to Jessie's own hat (and doesn't much resemble Woody's), and during the Emily flashback sequence, we can see that Emily has a very similar red cowboy hat with white lace. Also, it's clear from the record player on Emily's desk that her abandonment of Jessie likely took place a long time before Toy Story (so the ages match up), and her hat doesn't go in the donations box with Jessie, implying she possibly held onto it and, you guessed it, handed it down to Andy. But Why It Probably Isn't: As unsurprising as it would be if Pixar did this one intentionally, it's just too convenient that Jessie ends up back in adult Emily's household.
