1. How Does Luke Manage To Complete An Entire Jedi Training Course In The Time It Takes Solo and Leia To Fly To Cloud City Via The Mouth Of A Giant Spaceworm?
It makes no sense. After parting company in Hoth, Luke proceeds to embark on a rigorous Jedi training course with Master Yoda in the swamps of Dagobah, whilst a parallel story line shows Hans Solo and Leia getting eaten by a worm. Does Lucas expect us to believe that these two events were meant to span the same length of time? I mean, I'm no Jedi expert but training to use the force would take months at least? Does that mean Solo and company spent just as long inside the Space Slug? Or had they been hanging around Bespin for months awaiting Luke's return? Unlikely as Lando Calrissian informs our band of heroes that the Imperial Stormtroopers had arrived in the city shortly before their arrival. Unless they had better hide and seek skills than Robert De Niro and Dakota Fanning, I highly doubt that Solo and co could have been in Cloud City any longer than a couple of days prior to Luke's arrival and as a result, leaves me pondering why I myself couldn't become a Jedi if the training was that quick!
