10 Major Comic Book Conflicts We Expect To See In Future Marvel Movies

10. Heroes Vs Villains (Secret Wars)

Once the Marvel Cinematic Universe is suitably stocked with a real abundance of heroes and villains, this could be an epic story to depict on screen and a massive, awesome battle could occur. Of course, the movie universe would also require the presence of the powerful entity known as the Beyonder for this to be made in to a film - but now that we know beings as powerful as Celestials exist in that continuity (thanks to Guardians of the Galaxy), there's no reason why he might not appear too. The Beyonder initiated the original Secret Wars plot €“ an arc in which he summoned a group of both superheroes and supervillains and teleports them, against their will, to €œBattleworld€ €“ a planet that he created himself in a distant galaxy from Earth.

He stocks Battleworld with alien weapons and technology and simply declares €œI am from beyond! Slay your enemies and all that you desire shall be yours! Nothing you dream of is impossible for me to accomplish!€ and has the heroes fight the villains to the death €“ essentially for his own amusement. How amazing would that be in a movie?

We demand this! And, as a truly superb piece of comic book history, there's no excuse to not depict it on screen in the future (although some of the characters would have to be changed or not included, due to them being owned by other studios).
