10 MCU Scenes Everyone Wishes They Could Unsee

Some might argue that they wish they could un-see basically the entirety of Thor: The Dark World, but there's one brief scene in particular so embarrassing that many have to watch it through splayed fingers - or simply scrub past it entirely.

After being mind-controlled by Loki (Tom Hiddleston) in The Avengers, Dr. Erik Selvig (Stellan Skarsgård) spends The Dark World suffering through a severe mental breakdown, and while carrying out scientific research at Stonehenge decides to strip naked.

To make matters worse, Selvig's display is captured by a news crew and reported on TV, as watched by Darcy Lewis (Kat Dennings) and, worse of all, us.

This leads to Selvig being arrested and temporarily institutionalised, even if his theories about the incoming Convergence event ultimately turn out to be correct.

The idea of Selvig losing his mind after Loki messes with it makes a lot of sense, yet did anybody really want or need to see Selvig running around in the buff? It wasn't particularly funny or interesting - it felt like a naff skit from a sketch show that should've been cut during post-production.
