5. We Need To See Venom

Yep, a spin-off is in the works - one that we already know is going to serve as a part of the upcoming Spider-Man shared universe. And yet we don't have much of an idea with regards to whether or not Venom is going to find his way into The Amazing Spider-Man 3. On one hand, if Spidey finds himself going up against The Sinister Six, then Venom might be a little too much "bad guy" for one movie. But what of Venom as an unlikely ally instead, hm? The best thing about Venom, of course, is his positioning as an anti-hero, which grants the character the opportunity to either team up with Spider-Man or go against him. Given that we just emphasised the importance of Spider-Man having an ally (or some sort, at least) in the third movie, Venom would make an ideal candidate for such a position. And given that he has no real allegiance to anyone, it could make for a really interesting dynamic.
