10 More Times Horror Movie Villains Chose Not To Be Evil

In this supernatural horror-comedy, Joey, Lambert, and several other criminals kidnap young ballerina Abigail, hoping to ransom her. But when several crewmembers wind up dead, they discover their abductee is a sadistic vampire. (We would warn you about spoilers but the trailers beat us to it.)

What makes Abby so terrifying is how much she enjoys toying with her victims. Even though she could butcher them all with ease, she endlessly taunts them, making them think they have a fighting chance. She also informs the criminals that she was the one who hired them for the so-called kidnapping just so she could personally end their lives.

Even though the titular villain sounds unforgivingly wicked, she proves to have a sliver of goodness in her. When Lambert is vampirized, Abigail realises he's too strong to fight, forcing her to team up with Joey. 

After the pair eliminate Lambert, Abigail thanks Joey for her help and allows her to walk free. This nice moment is suddenly interrupted by the arrival of Abigail's dad, a tyrannical vamp called Lazaar. But when Lazaar orders his daughter to suck Joey dry, Abigail refuses, emphasising that Joey stood by her side when she needed her most, which is something her father has never done.

Lazaar respects Abigail's wishes and lets Joey leave.
