10 Most Badass 'One-Man Army' Movie Scenes Of The Last Decade
6. Skyfall - The Last Stand
2012 brought the most successful James Bond film of all time with Daniel Craig returning as Bond and Judi Dench as M. It was a violent spy thriller that pitted Bond against a truly despicable villain, Silva, that made things personal for 007.
In the climax, Bond decided to lay a trap for Silva, leaving a trail of digital breadcrumbs that led his adversary to Bond's childhood country manor. Equipped with nothing but an old shotgun, a pistol and the element of surprise, Bond, M and his old groundskeeper take a final stand against Silva and his henchmen.
Even with a helicopter, incendiary grenades and a dozen henchmen against him, Bond picked them off one by one in his cold and calculated fashion. 007 made the most of his preparation time and took out everyone against him quickly and cleverly. The nail bombs in the lightbulb sockets were an especially deadly method.
The final stand against Silva and his men was a thrilling and cinematically gorgeous onslaught that pushed Bond to his limits but proved he could not be stopped.
