10 Most Cringe-Worthy Moments From Batman Films

4. Mr Freeze's Ice Puns - Batman and Robin

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SRH-Ywpz1_I Joel Schumacher's Batman and Robin is easily the worst of the Batman films, and certainly one of the worst superhero and comic book films ever made. There's one element that sort of works, and that's Arnold Schwarzenegger's performance as Mr. Freeze; now, to say that his turn is any good would be a huge mistake, but he seems to be the only person in the film remotely aware that he's in a pile of campy garbage, and he just has a lot of fun hamming it up to the rafters. The first time you hear one of his ice puns, it's hilarious in a "so bad it's good" sort of way, but by the time Arnie drops his twentieth one - and they seem to get worse throughout the course of the film - there's nothing left to do but cringe like you've never cringed before. Prepare to cringe yourself into a coma by watching the above clip. My personal favourite? "What killed the dinosaurs? The ice age!"
