https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gkfFqw67Uj0 'Mr. Perfect' Curt Hennig is one of the most well-rounded wrestlers in history, he's athletic, charismatic, agile, has a great move-set and is bursting with personality. Many say he's one of the greatest competitors in WWF history, though he never won a world title in the WWF, mainly because of the ubiquitous presence of Hulk Hogan who he was often billed under. However, he is often cited as one of the best and most memorable Intercontinental Champions of all-time. After WCW's closure, he floundered in mediocre runs in the WWE, and a short-lived run as an NWA World Heavyweight Title contender in TNA. It goes to show that the WWE still had a lot of respect for Mr.Perfect as they still gave him a tribute video, even though he was signed with competitor TNA prior to his death. The video focused not on his accolades or accomplishments or legacy, but on his personality, his debuting vignettes and his athleticism as a competitor. For fans of that era, Hennig's tribute was probably both nostalgic and emotional.
