10 Most Evil TV And Movie Politicians

1. Adolf Hitler - Inglourious Basterds

The most controversial of all the candidates on this list, due to his very real existence and impact upon history as we know it. But his crimes are just as real on screen as they are in reality.

Still, his basis in reality (to say the least) hasn't stopped Hitler from crossing the line into cinematic villainy, most notably in Downfall (which went on to become an all-consuming Internet meme) and Quentin Tarantino's Inglourious Basterds, where the dictator finally got the comeuppance he so richly deserved.

It was hard not to be swept up in the gleeful pornography of violence as he was shot to death in a movie theatre by Eli Roth before having his corpse blown to smithereens in the heroine's final act of revenge against the Third Reich.

Sure, the (movie) theater should always be a safe and special place, but maybe not for Nazis.
