4. Vanilla Ice Biopic Is On The Way

Good news, everyone, that Vanilla Ice biopic you've been calling for alongside the stories of Queen and Elton John is finally in the works. What...? What do you mean nobody asked for this? What do you mean there is only one true Vanilla Ice movie and it will forever be romantic musical comedy Cool As Ice?

Anyway, according to Production Weekly, a biopic called To The Extreme (amazing title) could be on the way, starring Dave Franco as Robert Matthew Van Winkle, AKA Vanilla Ice. It will focus on how "a high school dropout selling used cars in Dallas went on to have the first hip-hop single to top the Billboard charts with Ice Ice Baby" and will show "a young Vanilla Ice struggles with stardom, extortion attempts, and selling out as he makes music history."

Selling out? How dare they?! 'Ninja Rap' from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles live-action movie was an anthem that spoke to an entire generation.

Let's hope they go with a slightly more comedic approach, which Franco's possible casting should allow. There's no word on what his rapping skills are like, thusfar.
