Tom Hiddleston's cameo in Avengers: Age Of Ultron was cut because Marvel felt that the sequel was becoming too crowded, so when fans last saw the God of Mischief, he was sitting on the throne impersonating Odin. That's obviously going to be picked up on in Thor: Ragnarok, but Loki will also have what some have described as a major role in Infinity War. Thinking back to The Avengers, that makes perfect sense. After all, he failed Thanos, and left the Mad Titan without the Infinity Stones within both the sceptre and Tesseract. The Other warned Loki that there would be consequences for his failure, so everything is going to start falling into place here. Does this mean that he'll fight alongside The Avengers though?
