5. Bib Fortuna
What can I say about this guy other than, this guy gave me some serious nightmares as a small child. From his red eyes, bulbous head and oily skin to two octopus like tentacles protruding from his head. His voice even sounds like he looks, oily and coniving, whispering in Jabba's direction to twist and turn his plans into place through Jabbas political cloat. Bib Fortuna is a male Twi'lek from Ryloth. Bib served as a majordomo (servant or an advisor to Jabba Desilijic Tiure 'Jabba', see no.10) for many years. Considering he served Jabba for many years, it is unsurprising that he hated Jabba so much, even plotting to kill him many times.
Why ridiculous? The full effect of this guy is what makes this character so ridiculous. Like a modern day politician, he whispers plans and thoughts to Jabba to get his own plans and agendas through. The character is again scary and ridicuous all at the same time. Those octopus like tentacles must be really awkward to handle and manage, like a giant pair of dreadlocks. The red piercing eyes, fanged teeeth and face dripping in Vaseline add to the effect of his ridiculousness.
