The gang find themselves in Abu Dhabi, where they’re tasked with stealing a flash drive containing the God’s Eye, a program designed to find anyone in the world. Dressed to the nines, the team infiltrate a party hundreds of metres up at the Etihad Towers. There’s just one catch - the God’s Eye is loaded on a Lykan HyperSport supercar.

While under attack by Deckard Shaw, Dom and Brian steal the prized motor and gun it out the window, falling out of the sky before crashing into the adjacent tower. Not content with smashing up two luxury buildings, the brakes fail in their HyperSport, forcing Dom to throttle it again to smash out and into a third tower.

Dom and Brian use their inexplicable driving skills to once again come out on top, bailing at the last second to stop themselves from falling to their deaths, while successfully extracting the God's Eye flash drive and taking out a squad of priceless Chinese terracotta warriors for good measure. This is where a normal person intending to drive out of a high-rise window would face a high chance of missing their intended floor and crashing headlong into the side of the tower, plummeting to a grisly end below.

Of course, this ‘flying car’ stunt was recreated in CGI. However, they still wanted to get a practical shot of the supercar being totalled. However, only seven Lykan HyperSports have ever been made, and they go for a whopping $3.4m each. With this in mind, a replica was quite rightly built to be trashed on to the ground below.
