4. Clarence J. Boddicker (RoboCop)
The man responsible for the death of Alex Murphy, and ultimately his transformation into part man, part machine was a memorable villain from a great movie. This was one bad-ass villain for the ages who not only had a psychotic sense of humor, but an uncontrollable temper as well. It was only fitting that by the end of the film, Robocop gets the best of this crime kingpin of Detroit by jamming a stainless steel knife off his robotic hand into Boddicker's neck. This was the least Robo could do to pay him back for the mutilation and loss of humanity he was put through due to Boddicker's heinous ways. In the end, I think audiences would agree this one of the more satisfying villain deaths in the history of cinema, even if it was horrific to see blood squirting everywhere...
