Let's all just take a moment to marvel over how wide Jim Carrey can actually get his mouth open. It's really quite something, isn't it? It looks a bit like when a snake dislocates its jaw in order to swallow a delicious dinner of crocodile. Sadly, this scene from Dumb and Dumber actually seems to be going for that exact angle. Is he trying to eat her? Is his whole tongue in her mouth? Can she even breath right now? It's impressive, but it's also gross as hell. While the scene might have been all in character Lloyds head, unfortunately for Holly they really had to shoot it. And, to think, Carrey and Holly engaged in an off-screen romance.
