4. Rufio (Hook)
Hook was the thoroughy enjoyable tale from Disney which found Peter Pan all grown up and having unfortunately turned into Robin Williams. In his absence, Rufio steps up to take the mantel of leader of the Lost Boys and is basically really bad ass. Although a bit annoying at first, we all came to appreciate, mostly for his excellent impression of a rooster, so it all came as a bit of a shock when he actually gets killed while fighting Captain Hook. This is a Disney film! Why kill of an actual person!? I know they like to kill off animated characters but Rufio just didn't have to die, he could have been gravely wounded and then Peter goes off to defeat Hook and then they are all happy together at the end, you don't need to kill the poor kid!
