8. Biff Tannen (Back To The Future)
Biff Tannen (Thomas F. Wilson) was an idiot who was bordering on being a bit of a b**tard, but whether you can put that down to his distinct lack of intelligence is open to debate. Tannen is known for dumb-as-hell quotes whereby he mixes his metaphors, such as "that's about as funny as a screen door on a battleship" and "make like a tree... and get outta here", which emphasises how stupid he is. He also liked to knock on people's skulls whilst saying "hello? Anybody home?!" which is extremely ironic. It was most satisfying when, back in 1955, Marty McFly prompted his wimpy Dad to stand up for himself, which ultimately resulted in George knocking Biff out in a single punch.
