6. Ellen Ripley - Alien
To some men, a powerful woman is attractive. I dont mean powerful in the sense that Margaret Thatcher was powerful, but powerful in the sense that they could look after you and hold you in their strong arms on those cold winter nights. Ellen Ripley is one of those stalwart women. Throughout the four Alien films she stars in, Ellen Ripley (Sigourney Weaver) demonstrates true grit, exhibiting real toughness when confronting those pesky aliens. But, like a hard-boiled egg or a marshmallow covered in concrete, she is hard on the outside but soft on the inside. She has a caring, affectionate side too. Not only would she keep you warm and safe on those winter nights but shed also sing you a lullaby whilst gently stroking your hair.
