10 Movie Deaths We All Wanted (But Never Got)

7. Anton Chigurh - No Country for Old Men

Gone Girl
Miramax Films

Although almost every main character in this film made some dubious decisions, to say the least, it is Anton Chigurh that will make you quiver at the sight of oxygen tanks.

This professional hitman and recreational psycho first appears in police custody, and it takes him no time at all to claim his first two victims in the form of the deputy sheriff and a random stranger whose car he needs to 'borrow'.

These murders are bad enough, but when you see his sadistic expression has he chokes the life out of the police officer? This man enjoys his job a little too much.

He spends the rest of the film hunting down Llewelyn Moss, who has stolen a briefcase full of money from a drug deal gone bad. He even threatens to murder his wife should he not hand the money over willingly.

Moss is unfortunately killed by the Mexican gang whom the money initially belonged to in the first place, and although Chigurh gets away with the money he still pays Moss' wife, Carla, a visit, presumably murdering her off-screen.

Throughout the film, Anton took more than his fair share of innocent lives and deserved to pay for it.
