7. Turning Into The Hulk - Hulk, The Incredible Hulk, The Avengers
Power: Turning into a giant, practically invulnerable, green monster when anyone makes you angry.
Why it would suck: If you were in a situation where a group a bikers were on the verge of beating you to a pulp in a bar, then I could see this being useful. If there was a terrorist cell that needed dispatching, this would come in handy. However, can you imagine Thanksgiving dinner with this thing hanging over your head? Dealing with all those relatives knowing that the slightest remark about your weight could trigger a horrible tragedy or, at the very least, a remodel on your house would be an amazing burden. The negatives are endless here. First off, a majority of the time, you have no control over yourself in this state. It's not like you can just Hulk up, beat up that guy in traffic, and just shrink back down. More likely scenario is that you would kill him, three cars worth of people behind him, and cause no predicting how much property damage that the human you will be completely responsible for. No control at all. Second, you would spend a ridiculous amount of money on clothes. Tell me one store that sells shirts that fit both people and rhinoceroses. They don't have any. The purple jeans are make-believe. They don't have those anywhere. You think Harry Dean Stanton will just follow you around handing you pants? That guy has better things to do. Third, you would never be able to get married or have a relationship. Intercourse could be a total disaster. Plus, where would you hide exactly to avoid the world? Is there somewhere you think you might fit in? Unless Leprechauns start their own basketball league, I can't picture it. So that's no control, no money, no clothes, no relationships, no privacy, and, oh yeah, no sleep because you'll likely have people trying to kill you all the time. There's just no way this one leads to anything good. Even if the Mafia hired you for muscle, you just end up killing all the higher-ups anyway and then who's going to pay you? There's no logic to wanting this power.
