Much as Spider-Man: No Way Home dropped the veil on literally years of speculation about what the fan-serving multiverse movie would end up being, there's one secret that's still known only by a scarce few members of the production team.

In the months following No Way Home's release, star Tom Holland revealed on Late Night with Seth Meyers that one of his fellow Spider-Men - either Andrew Garfield or Tobey Maguire - had a fake posterior built into their Spider-Man costume.

Holland wouldn't reveal whether it was Garfield or Maguire, though did confirm that he was distracted by the pert shapeliness of said ass, until he realised it wasn't real.

And so, the Internet being the Internet, everyone of course began speculating on which of the two older Spider-Men had their trunk padded by the costume department.

For his part, Garfield claimed he didn't receive any extra assistance, though also insisted that "Tobey's got back," leaving fans none the wiser as to which Spidey had the false bottom.

The commotion has largely died down over the last two years, but given that Maguire is the only one of the three actors not to publicly comment on the matter while also being the eldest of the trio, many naturally believe he's the one with a boosted butt.
