10 Movie Sequels FINALLY Happening

At this point, you should always be expecting the unexpected when it comes to what project Nicolas Cage will attach himself to next.

And true to form, after recently popping up as Dracula in Renfield and playing a fictional version of himself in The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent, it was just announced that the mighty Cage will be reprising the role of arms dealer Yuri Orlov in an upcoming sequel to 2005's Lord of War.

Only this time, Yuri will be joined by his son, Anton, played by Pennywise himself, Bill Skarsgård.

The first film's writer and director Andrew Niccol is also back for Lords of War, with the sequel diving into a tale focusing on Yuri's son trying to top his notorious paps. And with Anton building his own mercenary army to be used for America's Middle-Eastern conflicts, this sets off quite the heated rivalry between father and son.

Sounds like a recipe for glorious disaster.

Principal photography is set to kick off later this year, so prepare yourselves for many an instantly iconic exchange between two of the biggest scene-stealers currently walking the earth.
