First off, Americans need not worry: we won't be giving anything away here about Captain America: Civil War, as it won't have completed its worldwide rollout until the end of the week.

Secondly, with Batman v Superman and Civil War both in cinemas, two of the year's most anticipated, rumour-filled and spoilerific movies are now out in the wild, so what else is there to keep the wheels turning?

Well, X-Men: Apocalypse's final marketing push is desperately trying to get butts in seats by dropping spoilers left and right (considering how overwhelmingly average it looks), a certain Star Wars cast member let slip the nature of his secret role in Rogue One, and the Marvel Cinematic Universe just landed another appearance from one of the Internet's favourite actors.

Here are 10 movie spoilers we didn't know last week...

10. Wolverine Is In X-Men: Apocalypse

With the release of a new X-Men: Apocalypse trailer this past week, a stinger at the end revealed Mystique following a trail of corpses to meet up with Cyclops and Jean Grey during a presumably pivotal part of the movie.

After Mystique inquires about their work, they claim that they had some help, and we cut to a brief shot of Wolverine's claws extending from his hand. After all those rumours of Hugh Jackman being spotted on the movie's set, we finally have confirmation that he will appear in the movie.

When Singer was asked about the nature of the appearance, he cryptically responded with, "Make of it what you want. I will say, it’s not simple. There’s something more pivotal that occurs with that. It hints to a sequence that again fits within the canon of all six movies, and the birth of a new direction. It’s not insignificant, nor is it simply just a throw-in. It’s not the only shot you’re gonna see, let’s put it that way."
