10 Movie Stars Who Should Never Promote Anything (Ever)
6. Tracy Morgan
The actor and comedian Tracy Morgan was involved in a horrific car accident in June 2014, leaving him with traumatic brain damage, amongst several other nasty injuries. Fortunately, he seems to have made a near-complete recovery, but many know Morgan for a public and stage persona that mimics that of a giant four-year-old: no filters, all beaming innocence as he says whatever he likes, whenever he likes.
In a sense, it doesn't really matter whether it's a character he's playing or whether he's really like that: if you've ever seen him interviewed, you'll probably have noticed - through the haze of non-sequiturs, weird imagery and flights of fancy - that he rarely gets around to talking about whatever he's there to promote.
In many cases, if the interviewer didn't bring it up, youd be forgiven for thinking he'd wandered in off the street.
Here's hoping that he continues to derail talk shows and interview segments for years to come and that there's a poster or a film set behind him so we know what on Earth he's supposed to be talking about.
