9. The Avengers Tower

Last time we saw The Avengers together Stark Tower was looking a little worse-for-wear. Loki, Chituari and Hulk's antics meant that Tony's high-tech headquarters was all but ruined. Last week Marvel's Kevin Feige spoke about the introduction of a new base for the squad of superheroes €“ the Avengers Tower (a reconstructed Stark Tower):

"So Tony's bank-rolling The Avengers now. And he's bank-rolling their headquarters. So it's now Avengers Tower. Tony designed it so in addition to a hanger for a brand-new Quinjet, laboratories, places where he can build and store his Iron Man suits, there are I believe two bars. Beautiful multiple space living rooms which are perfect for parties and social gatherings."

This answers the question as to where The Avengers will be based in Age of Ultron. Indeed Feige went on to reveal that the new tower will be the primary location of the forthcoming film. We're just surprised Stark limited it to just two bars...
