10 Movie Villains Who Deserved MUCH WORSE

1. Mickey & Mallory Knox - Natural Born Killers

Oppenheimer Cillian Murphy

There is no shortage of movies based around a serial killer protagonist, with American Psycho and Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho being two of the best. There is also the Quentin Tarantino-written Natural Born Killers.

The story follows the lives of Mickey and Mallory Knox - the former being a self-proclaimed natural born killer - and together they take the lives of countless people both before, during, and after their stint behind bars. The two had motivation to murder some victims, while others were simply in the wrong place at the wrong time. Regardless, the couple took many, many lives.

And what situation were they in when the movie's credits rolled? Dead? Back in prison? Suffering from some form of consequence at all? Nope. Instead, the serial killers get the happy ending they deprived so many others of, as they travel in an RV with two children, Mallory pregnant with another to come.

There was at one point an alternate ending to the film that would have seen the murderers murdered themselves, delivering at least some form of punishment for their crimes. However, aside from a small amount of jail time, Mickey and Mallory felt absolutely no ramifications for what they did.
