9. The Teenage Mutants Would Probably Have Been Wiped Out
The Movie: X2 I'm sure Wolverine could have found a way out of the X-Mansion no matter what, but what about the kids who were tagging along with him? Without a good teleporter around, there's no better way to get everyone out of the same place all at once than a car. The alternative would likely have been the untrained group of mutants haphazardly fighting their way out, which very well could have resulted in many casualties. Plus Wolverine wouldn't have had yet another chance to look cool. And at the end of the day, we all could have done with more of that attack sequence, but Cyclops's car charging out of the garage was the perfect way to end it. On the other hand, without the car, the movie might have benefited from the omission of yet another series of unnecessary jokes at Cyclops's expense. Does Cyclops really listen to *NSYNC?
