2. Tropic Thunder - "The Lazarus Project"
Kirk Lazarus is a character too good to give up. And Downey Jr.'s talent is a given, so flamboyantly dressing the guy in a thousand different roles to continuously bring in the laughs is a-okay by me. And there's so many different paths the movie could take. Dramedy? Straight comedy? Mockumentary? Hell, I'd even throw in a "found-footage" option. But just to have him steal the show in Tropic Thunder and be buried is a crime. In my opinion, he's not finished until he's offended every race known to man. This is Hollywood winking and jabbing at its finest, and I, for one, am not ready to let go.
