10 Movies That Made You Question Life Itself

7. Monty Python€™s Life Of Brian (1979)

Sony PicturesSony PicturesWhat's It All About? A long time ago, in a manger far, far away, a baby boy is born in Nazareth, to a virgin mother and an omnipotent father. But The Life of Brian isn't concerned with that, obviously. Instead it follows the parallel story of Brian, a far more ordinary boy (played as an adult by Graham Chapman) who is born at exactly the same time as his infinitely more famous peer, but who is wrongly taken to be another prophet sent by God to do his bidding on earth - with comical results. What's The Question Then? Was Jesus really the son of God? Does It Answer It? The Python€™s message is pretty clear, but only if you choose to see it. Best left alone here really, to avoid any Christian jihads.
