10 Movies That Prove Dennis Quaid Is Impossible To Kill

3. Vantage Point

Vantage Point I like Vantage Point because you get to see multiple times how political-traitors and terrorists cannot kill Dennis Quaid. Following an attempted, or was it, assassination of the U.S. President from the point-of-view of different people, Vantage Point lets us see the same event multiple times but from different angles. Every new scene we get, we learn something new. In Vantage Point we have DQ as Barnes, a Secret Service member fresh from some time-off due to a previous event that has left him paranoid and on edge. Or maybe that's because Dennis Quaid knows that he is going to have to kick some devious-plotting right into oblivion. If you plan to kidnap the President of the United States, trying it around Dennis Quaid with the endurance of a tiger and the paranoia of my cat when someone knocks at the door, is probably never a good idea. Cars roll, things blow up, bad guys are shot. It doesn't matter how well you plan it, you're not going to kill Quaid. Not today. Not ever. He's onto you. Nothing gets past him. Vantage Point is actually a fun film. Thriller, drama, action. Everything you could want in an original script. Especially when the film offers eight different POVs of how Dennis Quaid may be blessed by a witch doctor.
