4. Jurassic Park
How has there not already been a Jurassic Park cartoon? As I was writing this I was under the illusion that I has positively seen one when I was a kid, but Google says otherwise. Thank you, wise search engine. If you remember Cadillacs and Dinosaurs then you will probably see how Jurassic Park could work as an animated series, minus the Cadillacs. Isla Sorna has become a haven for poachers looking to make a mint off dinosaur ivory or whatever. It becomes the responsibility of a plucky group of individuals to stop the poachers and keep the dinosaurs safe. Dr. Grant would lead the group because Sam Neil is awesome animated or not and the kids from the first film would return because the little tykes watching the show need other sprogs to identify with. The kids also need a dog because thats what happens in animated shows. Or, if you want to get all post-apocalyptic, then set it in the year 2033 when the major metropolises of the world have been invaded by dinosaurs, leaving bands of human survivors to scavenge the desolate streets while avoiding the collective toothy maws of street raptors.
Street raptors, guys.
