6. Halle Berry
Oscar Win: Best Actress (Monsters Ball)
Pretend Job: Role model
Real Job: Make-up counter girl Halle Berry became the first African-American actress in history to win a Best Actress Oscar for her role in Monsters Ball and instantly became a role model for a whole generation. Did she go onto help produce or promote African American films? Did she try and help others follow the trail she blazed? Absolutely! She filmed a bunch of Revlon ads and was airbrushed to within an inch of her life. Oh, and she made Catwoman. Can you say cha-ching? Let's hope up-and-coming actress Quevenzhane Wallis prefers someone like Angela Bassett as a role model, lest we see her hawking lip gloss in the near future.
