10 Other MCU Prequels We'd Like To See
5. King T'Chaka & The History Of Wakanda
The Marvel Cinematic Universe is full of wonderful places, from the likes of Asgard, Knowhere, and the Dark Dimension. Even Atlantis can be seen on a map behind Tony Stark in Iron Man 2. The other marker on this map was the nation of Wakanda, that wouldn't be seen in the franchise for another eight years.
Black Panther brought the hidden world to life in the most spectacular way possible, combining simple agriculture with the some of the most advanced technology in the universe. The history of Wakanda however, was kept to a short five minute exposition-filled speech at the start of the movie.
As one of the most unique places in the MCU, Wakanda's history deserves to be seen, and one of the best ways to do this would be to follow the reign of King T'Chaka. T'Challa's father was the nation's monarch for a long time, and was forced to make some questionable decisions throughout his time to say the least.
Not only could we see the development of the man who raised T'Challa to be such a fine King, we could learn a lot more about Wakanda. How it dealt with staying hidden, the technological advances, and depending on the movie's timeline, the infiltration by Ulysses Klaue.
