5. Green Lantern Joins The Team

The title may be Batman v Superman, but the "Dawn Of Justice" suffix obviously serves as a reminder and indication that this movie will cover the formation of the Justice League. That's why Aquaman, Cyborg, The Flash, and Wonder Woman are all expected to appear. Some of those will be cameos, while others are expected to be more, but one character who so far doesn't appear to have an invite to the party is Green Lantern. Shazam also isn't expected to turn up, but despite the fact that the Green Lantern reboot will be released even later than that, most are still expecting Hal Jordan (or possibly John Stewart) to be a founding member of the League. So, why not introduce him in the after-credits scene? Assuming that the threat the team will face comes from outer space, a scene depicting Green Lantern's sudden arrival on Earth as he comes to warn Earth's heroes of the impending threat seems like the way to go. Funnily enough, a scene like this has actually been rumoured for the end of the first Justice League movie, but that's just too long to wait.
