1. Iron Spider
This honestly seems like the most obvious and likely option. The Iron Spider costume is visually very different to the classic version, and has enough technological upgrades to make Drew Goddard's take on Spider-Man very different to everything which has preceded it. The fact that it shares some similarities to Iron Man's armour also probably wouldn't hurt. That aside, the four extra arms - which give Peter Parker a total of eight appendages - really stand out as being something new, and this was a popular look for Spider-Man while it lasted. The fact that that was during the comic book version of Civil War might be another clue, and this is just the kind of upgrade you can imagine Tony giving the young Peter.
