When The Human Torch "died", Spider-Man was invited to join the Fantastic Four. The FF were decked out in white costumes at the time, leading to Spider-Man adopting the snazzy looking suit you see above. There's nothing special about this costume in regards to extra features, but there's no denying that it would just look extremely cool on the big screen. Again, this is a suit which will probably only be used if Marvel are desperate to distance this new take on the character to what's come before. White and black is an interesting colour scheme though, and Spider-Man is still extremely recognisable even in something this different. Fans would prefer red and blue, but this is would be a unique direction to go in.
