8. Ego The Living Planet - Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2

This one is a bit of a shot in the dark, admittedly, because it supposes that the rumours are true, and Star-Lord's (Chris Pratt) father, Ego the Living Planet (Kurt Russell), will in fact turn out to be the movie's antagonist.

The prediction here is that Ego will transform into his gigantic planetary form at the end of the film, causing the Guardians to team up and take him out, probably resulting in an explosive demise that scatters his celestial form throughout space.

Maybe he'll transform back to his human form before he passes away, but either way, there's probably no sequel for the character.
