10 Problems A Jurassic World Sequel Must Address

7. The Shark Issue

Recently it was announced that horror director Eli Roth would tackle Meg - the tale of the 50ft super-predator shark known as the Megalodon, which you can think of as the bigger, meaner, even deadlier cousin of the great white shark. The sort of shark that shows up in titles like Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus - but that did, once, really swim the oceans. Now, to be clear, Megalodon did not live in the Jurassic era, whatever popular culture would have you believe. It was a denizen of the Cenozoic, and what brought about its demise is still hotly debated. That said - in Jurassic World, there's nothing stopping scientists like Dr. Wu from cooking up creatures from other periods. What about mammoths? Saber-tooth tigers? In any case, Meg is the one that would fit best, given how the great white was used as bait in Jurassic World. The shark population wants its revenge, and Jaws on a bigger scale, with dinosaurs, would definitely be something to see.
