9. You Won't Remember The Plot
Another thing that's been almost completely left out of trailers is the movie's plot, and with good reason: the personality of the movie and its characters are so much more interesting than what actually takes place narratively.
Batman v Superman may have an extremely messy plot (at least in the theatrical version), but it's still a good deal more involving than what we get here, which is basically the team quickly getting thrown together, heading to a building to rescue a VIP (who turns out to be Viola Davis' Amanda Waller), and then going to take on Enchantress and Incubus. That's it.
It's a film that clearly wants to coast on the entertainment quality of its terrific characters, but such a bare bones plot really isn't good enough.
