1. It Won't Link To The Avengers
We all want it to happen, but it's not going to - Spider-Man joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Though the Oscorp building nearly ended up in the Skyline for The Avengers - and the only reason it didn't is because the skyline had already been rendered - getting a serious collaboration going between Spidey and The Avengers proves tricky because Marvel Studios don't own the rights to the web-slinger. They would need to co-ordinate it with Sony, and we all know how sticky this administrative red tape can get. Cut through the legal talk, and just do what's right creatively, and also what's just going to end up making everyone the most money in the long run anyway - we know it's what everyone wants.
