8. Catwoman
No, I really did say it. Anne Hathaway as Catwoman could be one of the best things about Rises. Now, once you've re-adjusted your look of disbelief at the idea of something being seriously said about an incarnation of Catwoman ever, here's why. In the many clips and features following her she seems to give a rather different energy to previous Batman films, a bit of wit, a bit more sass and a female role which gets involved in some form of ass kicking, which is always a nice change of diversity. Furthermore Catwoman is an unpredictable character in the Batman universe, she could be on Batman's side, she could be on Bane's, her intrigue will keep us guessing until the very end and if Anne Hathaway pulls her off with a degree straight faced believability she has been known to do before, she could be a real brilliant aspect of this movie.
