3. Andrew - The Housemaid

The Housemaid
Lionsgate

For the first half of The Housemaid, Andrew (Brandon Sklenar) was played off like the only normal, sane character in the entire thing, which was exactly the point. He needed little more than a handsome face and a charming smile to hide his true, monstrous nature and allow him to do whatever he wanted to do.

This came in the form of gaining power over women and abusing both it and them, physically and mentally, seemingly for no other reason than because he could. He did it to Nina (Amanda Seyfried), he did it to Millie (Sydney Sweeney), and he would have continued to do it if he were ever given the chance.

Instead, he was pushed over the banister at the top of his house to his death, but not before being given a taste of his own medicine, being made to pull out his own front tooth in the same way he forced Nina to pluck out her own hairs, and Millie to cut herself 21 times.

It was an incredibly satisfying moment, only made better by the police officer investigating knowing Andrew and who he was, and conveniently ignoring the evidence that pointed towards murder.
