Tumbling Doll Of Flesh is the embodiment of a sick, super-extreme Japanese gore-fest. There is no story to speak of; just plenty of (optically censored) hardcore sex scenes and lots of blood. The film follows a woman named Kana and a man named Kiku who have just been hired to star in an amateur porno. As the porn shoot progresses, it incorporates elements of BDSM, such as breast bondage, multiple penetration with dildos, wax play, flagellation, and even an enema. Then suddenly, out of nowhere Kana is hit over the head with a baseball bat, knocking her out cold. When she wakes up, she's now tied to the bed. This is where things get extremely gruesome. While the male actor rapes the semi-conscious Kana, the director of the shoot cuts her left leg off with a meat cleaver. He then mutilates her tongue with a knife, potato peeler, and shears to stop her screaming. The director then cuts Kana's stomach open and has the male actor have sex with her entrails. After the actor "finishes" he is knocked unconscious as well and then castrated. The moral of the story? If anybody ever offers you a bag of money to star in an adult-film at an undisclosed location, just say no!
