8. Mysterio Suit Love - Spider-Man: Far From Home

If you listen to actors talk about filming any type of superhero action (especially the airport scene in Captain America: Civil War), chances are they end up having some sort of complaint about their costume. From general discomfort to inabilities to go to the bathroom, these grievances prompt most directors to assure actors that they only need to wear the suit when absolutely necessary in order to secure the best talent possible for their production.

However, after attempting the same when recruiting Jake Gyllenhaal to play Mysterio in Spider-Man: Far From Home, they encountered something different. They realised that not only did he not mind wearing the suit, but liked it so much that he wanted to wear it in as much of the film as possible.

This came to a surprise to most of the people on the production, especially as the suit was mostly practical, with only the iconic fishbowl helmet needing to be added in by CGI. So, they ended up writing the suit into many of the other scenes, adding more depth to the character.

Reminiscent of many superhero fans wanting to live out their childhood fantasies, it's nice to see a Hollywood A-lister also embracing the culture.
