First seen in James Cameron's classic sci-fi action sequel, the M41A Pulse Rifle is the weapon of choice for the Colonial Marines. Introduced to Sigourney Weaver's Ripley as 'a personal friend of mine' by Michael Biehn's Corporal Hicks, the weapon also comes equipped with a pump-action grenade launcher. Despite coming armed with a 99 round magazine of 10mm armor-piercing caseless rounds, the Pulse Rifle isn't as effective as you would imagine given the limited amount of survivors that make it past the showdown with the Xenomorphs. Ironically, despite being the only character in the movie to fire the weapon that isn't a Colonial Marine, Ripley is one of the very few to make it out of LV-426 alive.
I don't do social media, so like or follow me in person but please maintain a safe distance or the authorities will be notified. Don't snap me though, I'll probably break. I was once labelled a misogynist on this very site in a twenty paragraph-long rant for daring to speak ill of the Twilight franchise. I stand by what I said, it's crap.
