5. Karen Allan As Marion Ravenwood (27 Years)
Sure, we could talk about the 19 year gap for Harrison Ford between The Last Crusade and Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. However, that character is going to miss out on this list due to a technicality... Ford actually made an appearance in a 1993 episode of The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles.
Instead, we have an even longer hiatus in the Indy-verse. Karen Allen, who came back for Crystal Skull in 2008. Since she missed out on Last Crusade and Temple of Doom, her Marion Ravenwood character hadn't been seen in 27 years. We eventually find out a lot happened since Raiders of the Lost Ark...for instance, she gave birth to Indiana Jones' son! But lets not focus on that Mutt for too long...
