3. "Lawwwww" - Judge Dredd

This scene between Sylvester Stallone's Judge Dredd and Armand Assante's Rico is supposed to be macho and intense, but the end result is more akin to two mental patients smearing bodily fluids all over the walls. Dredd shouts, "You betrayed the law!" (all the more disconcerting because Stallone is looking off-camera at the beginning of the shot - why?), to which Rico replies, "LAWWWWWWWWWW!"

It makes absolutely no sense within the context of the scene, but hey, it's pretty damn funny, and above all else makes it clear that the character is absolutely mental. Watching the remixed montage above, the word "law" appears to lose its purpose, and the intention really is just to see who can growl the loudest and most incomprehensibly.

At least Stallone managed to form a sentence, so this round has to go to Assante.
