4. Leonardo DiCaprio - Cut Hand - Django Unchained

Leonardo DiCaprio's injury on the set of Django Unchained has already become the stuff of legends. While performing a particularly intense scene, he slammed his hand into the table in a burst of anger. Unfortunately, he smashed a crystal glass, giving him cuts on his hand deep enough to require stitches. But DiCaprio was undaunted, and continued the scene with blood gushing from his hand, to the thinly veiled concern and revulsion of his fellow actors.
