10 Spider-Man Villains Tom Holland's Spidey Should Definitely Fight

Who doesn’t like a bit of Carnage? He's an iconic villain from the comics and has a major cult following, and he should definitely be on screen in the future. It's just that he probably could not hold the plot up on his own.

Real name Cletus Kasady, Carnage is another host for the alien symbiote that created Venom and Spidey’s black suit. However, unlike Venom, Carnage has none of the ‘twisted version of me’ ideology. He’s just an insane murderer who ended up with an even more insane tool with which to murder people.

That means he would offer real scope to give Holland's Spider-Man an utterly terrifying adversary who kills just because that's what he likes to do. No more overly sympathetic villains, thanks, we've all had our fill. We'd see a different kind of Spider Man, one who has to match Carnage blow for blow and eventually, probably in the third act, put Carnage down using brute strength.

And that's not to mention the fact that the bright red living alien symbiote would look stunning on screen.

It’s been almost a decade since we saw a symbiote suit on the big screen and it's got to be time to give it another shot.
